In 2015, Medicare-eligible TI retirees were transitioned to OneExchange for the purchase of their health care coverage to supplement their Medicare coverage. Several retirees reported various issues with the OneExchange process. As a result, the Health Benefits team at TI has arranged a meeting at TI on March 17 to discuss and resolve these issues. Executives from OneExchange and representatives from the TI Alumni Association (TIAA) have been invited to the meeting.
