The TIAA Community Involvement Team works closely with The Senior Source RSVP AmeriCorp organization to schedule volunteer activities for our members and their guests. The Senior Source vans provide transportation to most events from the Dallas Texins Fitness Center. There is no fee to participate in our community involvement activities, but registration is required seven days prior to an event. This gives us time to let you know if plans change.
Here’s how to register yourself and your guests for a volunteer event: Log into the TIAA website (you have to be a member to log in), click on the “Community Involvement” tab. Then click on “Community Involvement Events Calendar”, and select the event to join. Next, click on the Event Registration Page link and fill in the form.

TIAA thanks you for being a part of our volunteer team. We honor your commitment to serving needy causes throughout the Metroplex by offering a celebration lunch in mid-December each year. It’s a great way to not only hear how TIAA members are making a difference in the life of needy folks but also to simply enjoy visiting with fellow TIAA volunteers.
And, finally, Texas Instruments has a formal program to reward the TIAA member who has committed themselves to outstanding community volunteer programs far above the call of duty. Recognition of the member’s community outreach is celebrated at TIAA’s annual luncheon by TI with a “Community Impact Award” plus a $10,000 donation payable to the member’s favorite non-profit charity.
