Box Lunch Seminar VI – Intro to Chatting with AI, took place on Monday, December 9, 2024, at our Texins Fitness Center with Ignacio Aranda, Technology Trainer at The Senior Source’s Elder Financial Safety Center.
Ignacio offered a beginner-level overview of generative AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Designed for adults, the seminar enhanced digital literacy and helped understand how these AI tools can be used for practical and creative tasks. Ignacio demonstrated how to interact with AI chatbots. It covered AI and chatbot basics, AI’s common uses, best practices for chatting and privacy considerations. In particular, do not give personal, confidential or copyrighted information in your prompts.
