The TIAA travelers were on the road again this month. Fifteen of us registered for the Su Vino Winery trip to Grapevine on June 14 and had a great time tasting champagnes, white wines, sweet and full-bodied reds and finding out which is "Our Wine". This craft winery buys grape juice from various growers and adds natural flavors which is why sipping "Bless Your Heart" wine reminds the drinker of watermelon and lazy afternoons. The owners strive to made wine fun and friendly and it must be working because they have already won 64 medals on their wines in 13 years of business. We ended the trip with a buffet lunch at Willhoits before climbing back on the bus to TI.
