Join TIAA members and visit Fort Worth’s Cultural District which is only minutes from downtown Fort Worth.  You can enjoy exotic science and cultural exhibits at the Amon Carter Museum (free), the Kimball Art Museum permanent collection (free), the Modern Art Museum ($4/senior), the National Cowgirl Museum ($8/senior), the Museum of Science and History ($14/senior), or the Omni Theatre ($7/senior). Everyone should catch a DART light rail in time to meet at the Dallas Union Station and hop on the TRE at 10:00 am to Fort Worth.  We will catch the T #7 bus at the Intermodal Transfer Center in Fort Worth and ride to the museum district arriving around 12:30.  There we can eat, explore on our own, and then return to the Transfer Center in time to catch the 5:51 pm TRE back to Union Station. Entire day round-trip rail/bus regional fare is $2.50 for seniors (show Medicare card if you do not have a DART senior badge) reduced fare and $10 for under 65 regional fare.

Other expenses for museum admissions and lunch are on your own. (A lot of walking is involved, so wear comfortable shoes.)
