World Vision Dallas Storehouse – 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 14 – The Storehouse provides free school supplies to teachers in schools that serve low-income families. Teachers can obtain teaching aids and books, binders, backpacks, pencils, art supplies, and posters. Thanks
to The Storehouse, teachers in participating schools don’t have to dig into their own wallets or watch their students go without educational supplies.
Schools in which 70 percent or more students qualify for subsidized meals are able to use the center. In Dallas, nearly 33 percent of all schools fall into that category. TIAA members will sort materials and help fill orders.
