Grab your camera and let’s head to Ennis, the "Official Bluebonnet City of Texas."  David Drake, a professional photographer, will guide us in how to take great pictures of this spectacular wildflower show.  (We will send out his hints for equipment and ideas for interesting shots before we leave.). There are 40 miles of Bluebonnet Trails and the bluebonnets normally peak each year around the third week of April.  We will leave at 9 a.m. to first drive the trails and take pictures. Then we will visit the Bluebonnet Festival in Ennis to enjoy arts, crafts, food, souvenir booths, and live entertainment.  We will eat lunch on our own and return about 4 p.m. $18 for members and $20 for nonmembers.
