Chandor Gardens “Spring Fling” Trip, Weatherford, TX, Saturday, April 6 – We will eat lunch at our own expense on the grounds. Then we will celebrate the arrival of Spring at this popular annual event by viewing the Gardens which will be in full bloom. Chandor Gardens captures the ornate design of ancient Chinese architecture and the elegance of a formal English garden. From the 30-foot waterfall, to the various fountains, the 3.5 acre gardens have something new at every turn. Music, face painters, food, garden tours, artists and the “Ask a Master Gardener” information station will be featured. We return about 4:00 p.m. $13 for members and $15 for nonmembers.
