TIAA Members and Retirees
You and a guest are invited to lunch and a special event on Tuesday, April 23, at the new location of the North Texas Food Bank at 3677 Mapleshade Lane, Plano, Texas 75075. As part of the TIAA United Way Campaign, TI has made it possible for us to tour the new facility and help with a volunteer project while there. We will have a chance to hear comments from Trisha Cunningham, a TI retiree, who is now President and CEO of the North Texas Food Bank. We will also hear from Kevin and Carol March, who are heading the TIAA United Way Campaign this year.
Lunch will be provided by TI, and buses will run from the Texans Activity Center at 11:30 a.m. for those who prefer not to drive. If you do plan to ride the bus, please send an email to our Administrator, Jessica Stewart, at jessicastewart@ti.com giving the names of those riding the bus. Parking is available at the facility and the lunch begins at 11:45 a.m.
The event is free, but registration is required on the NTFB link. You will need to set up an account, and then register and sign the waiver for the visit. Please register by April 19, so we can provide for the lunches.
