Linda Smittle, TI retiree and TIAA member, will update us on her Peace Corps experience in Thailand for the past two years, where she taught English and other subjects to students in a lower income area of the country. Linda is now preparing for her next assignment in Peru, and we are fortunate to find a time on her schedule to hear her presentation about her time in Thailand, its culture and some of her travels in Asia.
The seminar will be held in the Shady Grove Room at the Plano Event Center, 2000 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074.
