You are invited to the annual TI Retiree Luncheon “TI Innovations in Consumer Electronics” at the Mesquite Convention Center 1700 Rodeo Drive, Mesquite, TX 75149. Advanced registration is $15 per person (or pay $25 per person at the door) Buses will be available at no charge for those who prefer not to drive. You can now make your reservation online. Buses will board at Texins Fitness Center at the Expressway site at 9:15 am. Regular parking and handicapped parking will be available for those who prefer to drive.
Our TI speaker, Tracy Hamilton, will review how TI’s strategy in Education Technology is changing, with an increased focus on software and robotics. There will also be an update on recent TI business results. She is a dynamic speaker and an award-winning engineer. Tracy has worked at TI since 2005 and is a leader on Ed Tech’s Product Development Team where she is responsible for the Program Management and Product Definition functions.
We are holding a special donation of school supplies (pencils, crayons and markers) at the luncheon this year to help TI with STEM kits for students. Bring any donated items to the luncheon. TI will provide calculators for the backpacks. Visit with your TI friends and colleagues, enjoy coffee and cookies, and see exhibit booths, and join us for a delicious BBQ or vegetarian plate, which will be served banquet style at a sit-down lunch, which begins at 11:30 a.m.
