TIAA members and guests are invited to attend the TIAA Annual Meeting to elect officers. It will be held at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, 8525 Garland Rd., Dallas TX 75218. Refreshments will be provided and a bus will run at 12:30 pm, from the Texins Activity Center on the Expressway Site. Parking will be available at the Arboretum lots or the new parking garage for those who wish to drive. The meeting will be held in Rosine Hall, which is near the main entrance.
During the business meeting, the report of the Nominating Committee will be presented, recommending the following as officers for TIAA for the next year, beginning July 1: Debi Heaton, President; Margaret Breedijk, Executive VP; David Reid, Treasurer; and Kate Rose, Secretary.
Terri West, recently retired TI Senior Vice President, now with the TI Foundation, will be our featured speaker. Following the business meeting, we hope you will enjoy walking through the gardens Mark your calendar and don’t miss this opportunity to see the Arboretum in full bloom.
Admission, parking, and bus transportation are all free for a TIAA member and one guest with your TI badge or copy of the postcard invitation, which was mailed to members earlier in April. Please note there is an extra charge to visit the Children’s Garden.
