We’ve seen it during the day but imagine those thousands of pieces of glass being lit up at night accompanied by great music from the Dallas Wind Symphony.  We will leave TI., walk around the Arboretum, gape at the Chihuly exhibits in the evening glow of moonlight and tree lights (wear a jacket and comfortable shoes because the trams will not be running), enjoy a picnic (bring your own food, blanket and/or folding chairs), vote for your favorite Halloween costume at 7:15 as they parade across the stage, enjoy a rousing concert 7:30 and head back to TI at 10.  Cost, including transportation and admission, is $24 for members and $27 for non-members.
