The 2016 annual meeting to elect officers for the TI Alumni Association will be held at RFAB, TI’s wafer fab facility in Richardson. It is the world's most advanced facility for analog chip manufacturing. The meeting on May 26 will begin at 1:30 pm with a reception and refreshments in the RFAB’s new conference center. The business meeting will begin at 2:00 pm, followed by comments from Tom Weichel, Manager of RFAB, who will also give a brief update on TI. After his presentation, attendees will be treated to a special video presentation by Sharon Hudgens, which explains the buildup of the facility and its importance to TI. Following the presentations, there will be optional tours of the viewing hall of RFAB production, and displays in the Innovation Center. Tours will conclude around 3:30 pm and the bus will depart at that time.
Attendance for the meeting is limited to current TIAA members and a guest. Please indicate if you will be riding the bus. The bus will leave from the Texins Activity Center at 1:00 pm.
