Thursday – Sunday (times below). Dallas-area TIers, retirees and contractors and as many as seven guests can learn and explore nature for free admission at the Trinity River Audubon Center (TRAC) during a TI Weekend event. Show your TI Retiree badge at the center during the event to receive free admission.
This is a great opportunity to celebrate the upcoming Earth week with friends and family members. You are encouraged to bring picnic lunches to be enjoyed in TRAC’s many picnic areas and bikes to ride on TRAC’s scenic trails. On Saturday and Sunday, TRAC will provide arts and crafts projects for children and the opportunity to sign up for a volunteer workday to be held at a later date.
TRAC is located at 6500 Great Trinity Forest Way (S. Loop 12), Dallas, Texas 76217. The center's hours of operation during the TI Weekend event are:
