Dallas-area TI employees, contractors, retirees and their spouses are invited to display their creative talents and take part in the 2016 On My Own Time (OMOT) competition. The art exhibition will be held at the Dallas Texins Activity Center, August 1 through 12, with the winners advancing to the region-wide exhibition at NorthPark Center, September 30 to October 8. OMOT is an employee art competition organized by the Business Council for the Arts (BCA). The council's goal is to recognize and encourage creativity, stimulate dialogue and build team spirit among employees in the North Texas region. (Click for article)
To see details about OMOT and to enter your art or literary works, go to www.ntbca.org/omot(link is external), click on Artists (bottom right on the page), then enter the password creativity2016. You will find the online entry form, all the categories, important dates, and rules. You will also need to upload your digital images and literary works on the OMOT website when you complete the entry form.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a limitation of two entries per artist, plus one collaborative work. Each entry requires a separate registration.
