Ride with us to their historic downtown Main Street and experience their 27th annual wine festival. Their People’s Choice Wine Tasting Classic – the largest consumer-judged wine competition in the nation – will have wines from around 35 Texas wineries. Their carnival, midway, arts and craft vendors, and Culinary Pavilion featuring great chefs from across North Texas will be accompanied by live entertainment all evening. We will leave at 4:00 p.m., buy some goodies to eat there, stomp some grapes if you want purple feet, attend the optional People’s Choice Wine Tasting at 5:30 and return at 9:00. Cost, including transportation and admission, is $10 for members and $11 for non-members. Anyone wishing to participate in the People’s Choice Wine Tasting may pay an additional $15 at that tent entrance in order to receive a souvenir wine glass and be able to sample their award-winning wines.
