The White Rock Center of Hope (Garland Rd) is a community coalition of individuals, civic and social organizations, and over 50 member churches united to provide emergency aid and steps toward self-sufficiency to their neighbors in the White Rock Lake area. Volunteers will help with sorting food, working in the thrift shop and other tasks around the center. Transportation will be provided from Texins. Afterwards, we will have lunch at our own expense and return about 1:30 p.m. Please register by contacting the TIAA office at admin@tialumni.org or 214-567-8444 seven days prior to event so we can inform you if plans change.
