The Network of Community Ministries, in Richardson responds to human need by giving assistance with the goal of helping individuals achieve long-term independence. Its mission is “caring, coaching and empowering neighbors in need as they seek an improved quality of life.”  TIAA will be helping to stock the food pantry and shelve or sort cans and food.  We have been to Network Ministries in previous years and are revisiting them.  Since they are very close to Texins Activity Center, please join us directly at Network of Community Ministries,  741 S. Sherman  Street, Richardson (Map) by 9:30 am.  They are on the east side of Sherman, just north of Spring Valley.  We will finish up around 12:30 and then all those interested will have lunch nearby (at our own expense) before returning home.
