Ideally you want to be able to play the video in the browser from your website, and we don't have one installed and configured on your site. It would be best if you uploaded the video to YouTube and then embed the youtube player on a page on your website. This has several benefits: "free" video player for your site, it can play the video on different devices and browsers automatically, and it doesn't take up space and bandwidth on the servers.
If you have a Google account, you should automatically have a YouTube account. Go to YouTube and try logging in with your google account information.
Instructions on how to upload a video are here: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/57407?hl=en
Set the privacy to "Unlisted" which means the video won't be found in searches. Only people with the link can see it: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/157177
