Advanced Search Method to Finding All Contacts

  1. Go to Search → Contacts (http://new.tialumni.org/civicrm/contact/search?reset=1)
  2. Hit the search key.
  3. Select all next the Select Records button
  4. Scroll down dropdown and select Export.

  1. For a quick list hit Export Primary fields button, hit continue and skip to step #10.
  2. To choose what fields you see on the excel spreadsheet choose: Select Fields for Export

  1. Hit Continue.
  2. Select your fields based on your needs via the dropdown:

Here’s an example – just random fields to show you what they look like:

  1. Hit Export.
  2. View Excel Spreadsheet.
