- Login.
- Go to the Administer Option on the black bar CiviCRM menu (see picture below).
- Go to Customize Data and Screens → Search Preferences.
- First write down how the system looks as is, which boxes are checked, etc, in case you want to revert back to the options.
- Select the information you wish to show, if there is something not available, that would be development, these are the system options.
- Hit Save.
- Test, and adjust as you wish.
