1. Login.
  2. Go to the Administer Option on the black bar CiviCRM menu (see picture below).
  3. Go to Customize Data and Screens → Search Preferences.
  4. First write down how the system looks as is, which boxes are checked, etc, in case you want to revert back to the options.
  5. Select the information you wish to show, if there is something not available, that would be development, these are the system options.
  6. Hit Save.
  7. Test, and adjust as you wish.
