First, you have to convert the PDF file to an image file, like JPG or PNG. You can do a google search for "PDF to JPG" or "PDF to image" and find sites that let you upload a PDF and download a JPG file. Like this one: https://pdftoimage.com/
Then you can insert the image file into the page. In the WYSIWYG editor, you will click the button that looks like a landscape photo.
Next, click Browse Server.
Click the Upload button, and find the image saved on your computer.
After uploaded, it should auto-select the file you just uploaded. If not, find in the list of files on the right and double click to insert.
This will take you back to the pop up.
This is very important. You need to set the height and width of the image so it scales with the website.
In the pop up, enter 100% as the width, and leave height BLANK.
