TIAA’s 2015 United Way campaign begins October 19 and continues through November 4 with TIAA members across North Texas answering a call to "Live United" by giving, advocating and volunteering.
Again this year, the TI Foundation will automatically match TI employee and retiree donations to United Way up to $10,000, doubling the impact of your donation.
TI and United Way have a rich history of working together to improve our communities. TI has been the largest aggregate corporate donor to United Way of Metropolitan Dallas (UWMD) since Erik Jonsson, one of the company's founders, helped start the United Way in Dallas in 1961.
Ongoing campaign support
United Way of Metropolitan Dallas initiated a 10-year program five years ago designed to achieve several measurable goals in education, income and health. United Way's 2020 goals are designed to positively impact thousands of lives and the future of our region. Details about this strategic plan and goals are available here.
