Shyamal Parikh joined TI in 1980 after getting an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He started his career as an analyst in the MOS Memory business, with progressive assignments in Accounting, Finance and Operations. He left TI in 2004 as the VP of Financial Planning. After leaving TI, he joined a private equity held technology company, Ocular LCD, as CFO. He then went on to work at Glazer's Distributors, from where he retired in 2018. He currently runs a consulting practice, Glendora Ventures, with a former TI colleague.
