George Consolver currently serves as the President of TIAA. Previously, he worked 15 years as Director of the TI Strategy Process for Texas Instruments Strategy Leadership Team (SLT).  His primary focus was helping transform TI into a leading global semiconductor company for communication, consumer, and industrial applications. He also serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas, the Advisory Board for Center for Global Business Studies at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University, and the Advisory Board for Executive Development Associates.  He also serves on Advisory Board of the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas.  George retired in 2010 and he and his wife, Peggy, are both TIAA members.
