TIAA will host guest speaker Dr. Frank R. Lin, MD, PHD – Professor of Otolaryngology
Dr. Frank Lin, MD, PhD is an otologic surgeon and Professor and Director of the Cochlear Center for Hearing and Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. His mission is to transform our global approach to hearing and the market for hearing technologies through public health evidence and policies. His work established the impact of hearing intervention on brain health, led to the federal passage of the Over-the-Counter Hearing Aid Act of 2017, and launched the Hearing Number initiative.
Save the date for this year’s spring lecture with Dr. Frank R. Lin, MD, from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Lin studies the impact of adult hearing loss to advance federal policies and other initiatives for accessible, affordable, and effective hearing care. He will present Hearing Loss & Brain Health: From Epidemiological Findings to the ACHIEVE Trial & Public Policy.
