Metrocrest Services specializes in helping families and seniors who are going through a crisis situation stabilize their lives for a brighter future. They offer a wide range of services including emergency financial assistance, financial coaching and education, a food pantry, employment coaching and job readiness, senior services to help seniors age in place, and seasonal programs focused on children including holiday gifts and food for the summer.

ATTIRE:  For volunteers’ safety close-toed shoes are required. Please no flip-flops or sandals. T-shirts, jeans, or shorts of appropriate length are recommended. If you have a group shirt feel free to wear it.

We will be filling grocery carts with food items for clients within an air-conditioned facility similar to a grocery store.  We may also stock shelves with dry goods and/or vegetables as well as pushing grocery carts outdoors to client’s vehicles. 

Please join us at the Texins Fitness Center to board a Senior Source bus at 10:00 am. Our shift begins at 10:30 am and ends at 1:30 pm.  Afterwards, we will arrive back to the Texins Fitness Center around 2:00 pm. Please register online for this event. We need all to register in order to have sufficient transportation for all
