The North Texas Food Bank is a social benefit organization located in Plano, Texas. The organization distributes donated, purchased, and prepared foods through a network of nearly 1,000 feeding programs and 400 Partner Agencies in 13 North Texas counties.

Our TIAA volunteers will fill boxes with nonperishable food items for later distribution to affiliated food banks.  Wear solid-toe shoes (no sandals).  Activity level should be light to moderate but we will be standing as we fill food boxes.   Please join us at the Texins Fitness Center to board a TI bus at 8:30 am  for transportation to NTFB.  Afterwards, we will have lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense) and arrive back to the Texins Fitness Center around 1:30 pm. We need all to register in order to have sufficient transportation for all
