What if the most powerful medicine for your brain, does not come in a pill? We often think of brain health as something that requires complex strategies or cutting-edge technology or a whiz-bang, magic pill, but what if some of the most powerful tools have been with us all along? In The Social Brain Advantage, Dr. Janet Gentleman-Ingersoll (Dr. JanMa) invites attendees into a thought-provoking, interactive keynote that reveals how shared meals, meaningful conversations, and reconnecting with others literally strengthen the brain.
Blending neuroscience, personal storytelling, and hands-on audience activities, this session demonstrates how remembering together, reminiscing, and social connection build new neural pathways and reinforce existing ones; protecting cognitive function at every age.
Attendees will leave not only inspired, but equipped with simple, actionable practices they can use immediately to support mental clarity, emotional well-being, and lasting connection. This is a conversation your brain, and your relationships, will thank you for
