On July 31st, on a Thursday afternoon, the Texas Instruments Alumni Association gathered for our quarterly happy hour, this time at the Whole Foods Taproom in Richardson, Texas. Nearly 40 former TIers came together to enjoy great conversation, fresh craft beer, and plenty of warm, cheesy pizza.
It was more than just a social event—it was a chance to reconnect with old colleagues, share stories from our TI days, and build new connections for life after TI. The atmosphere buzzed with laughter, reminiscing, and the kind of easy camaraderie you only find among people who’ve been through projects, deadlines, and victories together.
The night ended on a high note with our door prize drawing, where one lucky winner walked away with a special gift. Whether you came to catch up with friends, make new connections, or simply enjoy a relaxed afternoon out, the event was a wonderful reminder that our TI network remains strong long after we’ve left the campus.
