The TI Annual Health Benefits Seminar will be held on Thursday, October 6, in Collinwood 1 at the Plano Centre, 2000 E Spring Creek Parkway. There will be two sessions – one for Medicare-eligible retirees and the other for pre-Medicare retirees.
If you are eligible for Medicare, you should plan to attend the afternoon meeting from 1:30 to 3:00 pm. Dr. Kevin Soden, TI Consulting Medical Director, will give a health care update, and OneExchange representatives will give an update and be available to help with any questions.
For pre-Medicare retirees, there will be a separate TI Health Benefits update in the morning, 10:00 am to 11:30 am, also at the Plano Centre in Collinwood 1. A health care update will be presented by Dr. Kevin Soden, TI Consulting Medical Director. TI HR personnel will discuss the TI Annual Enrollment (minimal changes) and there will be a high-level overview of OneExchange services for retirees nearing age 65 or for those who want more information.
Admission is free, but reservations are required because of limited seating space. Please log on and register for the Medicare-eligible or pre-Medicare session. If you have any problems registering, please call the TIAA office at 214-567-8444, indicate which session and the number of people attending.
