Join us for this legendary event-it has been going on since 1846! This will be the first year at the new DICKIES ARENA so let’s go capture some memories. The show offers an atmosphere rich in culture and diversity as professional rodeo athletes compete for the championship by roping those calves, riding those bulls and broncs, and showing their great cutting horses. There will be lots of animals up-close-and-personal, including horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, poultry, pigeons, rabbits and even llamas.
The Annual Autumn at the Arboretum is upon us! Once again we share 90,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash, hailing from the pumpkin capital of Texas, Floydada, throughout the garden. This year, the space is transformed into Bugtopia! Our signature display will come alive with larger-than-life insect topiaries, fascinatingly bugged-out pumpkin houses, and, of course, a maze for younger visitors. Come enjoy the Garden all decked out for the Fall Season.
We had a great turnout for our first TI Alumni event in more than a year!
Almost 30 alumni members and their guests spent two hours at the Arboretum enjoying the beautiful flower displays, landscaping, and fellowship. An added bonus was the Summer of Sculpture exhibit, a collection of Zimbabwean stone sculptures.
We enjoyed lunch at the Smoky Rose restaurant, which had a large extensive menu. There was enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes. We arrived back at the TI Expressway site at 1:15.
Go behind-the-scenes with a ballpark tour of Globe Life Field and explore locations like premium venues, unique club spaces, luxury suites and more! Discover rich history, impressive architecture and fun photo opportunities around every corner. We will leave from the Texins Fitness Center at 8:45 am. Please be there 15 minutes before departure time. Our tour will begin at 10:00 am and lasts approximately 90 minutes. We will be led by a knowledgeable tour guide. We will have lunch at Texas Live (on your own) and return to TI at approximately 3:00 pm.
